Nice to hear about it being used in salads. It is another thing I can't grow in Central Florida. But in my northern herb garden it was always a delight. It reseeded and came up every year in a new spot. It always looked fabulous with my other annual volunteer, pink annual poppies.
Oh, stunning! That clear blue colour is just lovely.
ReplyDeleteBorage was one of my mother's favourites, went into every salad she ever mixed, blossoms and leaves. It's flowering in our garden right now.
